In this project, I aim to explore the fragility of life and the fleeting nature of moments, using distortion as a central metaphor. I wish to evoke ephemerality and the fractured state of the human soul.
This is a story of a vulnerable observer catching glimpses of equally vulnerable subjects, often unaware they are being seen. There is no space for open communication or the expression of feelings. None of those involved believes themselves to be worthy — of love, of beauty, of belonging.
This work dwells in the shadows between connection and isolation, between longing and silence. It reflects on the tender, uncomfortable truths that often remain unspoken.
